Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 5th January 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use this web-based digital wellness and awareness tool ("the Tool").

1. About the Tool, Scale, and Authors

This web-based digital wellness and digital de-addiction awareness Tool has been designed and developed by NviSust Innovations Pvt. Ltd., India, as part of a public awareness initiative focused on mindful technology use, mental wellness, and productivity.

The self-assessment questionnaire embedded in this Tool is adapted from the Digital Addiction Scale (DAS), a validated psychometric instrument developed by Ahmet Kesici and Nazanin Fidan Tunç, as published in The Development of the Digital Addiction Scale for the University Students: Reliability and Validity Study (2018).

While the DAS provides the academic foundation for behavioral assessment, this web application—including its scoring logic, composite indicators, visualizations, interpretations, and user interface—has been independently implemented by NviSust Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for educational, awareness, and self-reflective purposes only.

The original authors of the Digital Addiction Scale do not endorse, certify, or validate this digital implementation or any derived visual representations.
